Notice Description

To work with NHS Digital, NHS England and the Department of Health to conduct a rapid piece of user research to inform the presentation of the new proposed opt-out model to patients and the public. The key requirement is to look at the impacts of either having a single option or multiple options to a single question. Do the public react differently if given a simple yes/no question to when faced with two or more questions relating to the same issue that enable a number of possible responses. To provide advice and guidance following adequate research on how best to articulate and describe this so that it is presented to the public in a way such that they are able to make an informed choice about their opt-out preferences. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
