DBC (SF) Debt Recovery & Enforcement Services
Notice Description
Debt Recovery & Enforcement Services Dacorum Borough Council is inviting tenders under 2 lots. (Both lots are being tendered as concession contracts below the OJEU threshold of CCR 2016). Lot 1 - Council Tax & Business Rates Enforcement will include: Council Tax and Business Rates Recovery, Commercial Rent or Debt Recovery, Debt Collection Services for the Recovery of Sundry Debts including Housing Benefit Overpayments, and Housing - the recovery of former Tenant Debt and Repairs Charges Lot 2 - Traffic Management Warrant Enforcement The initial contract period will commence during January 2019 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend the contract for 2 further years. Minimum Requirements The contractor must be: o A corporate member of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) o A corporate member of the British Parking Association (for Lot 2) o Regulated by the Financial Services Authority or related statutory or regulatory body and o If the Company is not a corporate member or regulated by one of the aforementioned bodies then all of the operational staff associated with the Council's work must be a member or regulated by of one of the said bodies. Tenders should be aware that there are limits on the number of pages for each question and strict limits on appendices. Any part of your tender submission that does not comply will be disregarded and not scored. See tender documents for full details.
