The services provided shall be a comprehensive offer of online emotional support for 11-18 year olds in Cumbria. Information, advice and counselling on-line will be free, safe, confidential and non-stigmatising for Service Users. Promotion will be through schools and communities. Every person receiving a service will feel that they have someone to talk to and communicate with about difficulties in their life. These could include: parental discord; bereavement; anger and frustration; bullying; anxieties about school transition and exams; and gender related and relationship difficulties. All further information, including the service specification, is available on The Chest. Registration on The Chest is free of charge. The website address for The Chest is https://www.the-chest.org.uk. All bids must be received via The Chest by the deadline stated in the service specification.
