Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council ("The Council") invite detailed proposals for to provide an outlet for the treatment, recycling or recovery and final disposal of mixed street sweepings and gully emptying waste ("Contract Waste") on a direct delivery arrangement. Tender submissions are to be submitted no later than 12 noon on the 26th January 2018
