At its sites the customer utilises Firewalls to protect and secure the perimeter of its computer networks from compromise through malicious external attack and to manage and allow the flow of trusted network traffic. Between them the two customers have a large Firewall estate and are looking for a solution that is 100% compatible/equivalent. This covers the existing hardware and licence solution support it's required for. There is no requirement for new hardware or licences The level of support is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday 5 days a week.
