Independent Tenant Leaseholder Advice (ITLA) services for Construction and Regeneration projects within the London Borough of Hackney Area. This will be a Framework covering this independent advice service for the local community. The Framework will be for 4 years and a maximum of 5 organisations will be selected and invited on from the top 5 scoring bidders. Tenders will be submitted electronically by the London Tenders Portal on the Procontract e-procurement portal alongside completed SQ which will be completed on the portal. All to be submitted by 12 noon on 31st August 2021
