Contract Summary
Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of housing maintenance & repair services for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies. The structure of this commercial agreement will be determined as a result of the market engagement. Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3. Additional information: This PIN supersedes the PIN published on 14/05/2021 https://crowncommercialservice.bravosolution.co.uk/esop/toolkit/notice/showCode.do?noticeId=961135#fh The purpose of the PIN is to signal an intention to conduct further market engagement with those within the housing maintenance & repair sector. The outline business case (OBC) for the new Housing Repair & Maintenance DPS has now been signed off and we are now looking to start shaping the proposed new agreement, including hosting collaborative sessions with both customers and suppliers to help shape key aspects such as the specification, filter system and terms & conditions. Crown Commercial Service intends to hold market engagement sessions up to the end of July 2022 with industry experts, customers and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting DPS. We will also be holding an update webinar on 30/06/22.
