Notice Description

As part of our staff reward strategy we require retail vouchers that can be pre-ordered as small thank you gifts for staff. These vouchers should be available to spend in an extensive range of entertainment, fashion, dining and leisure outlets across the UK. These could include such businesses as Boots, Debenhams, and M&S which are all available locally. Additional information: Any Supplier wishing to express interest in this opportunity should please follow the instructions below: 1) Register on our eScouring portal using this address (https://thepensionsregulator.bravosolution.co.uk) - This will then allow you access to the forthcoming tender documents that will be published after the 08/02/19. Once the documents are published you will receive an automated email from our Bravo Portal requesting for you to download the tender documents. 2) Confirm your Expression of interest and registration on our eSourcing portal to the following email address (aprocurement@thepensionsregulator.gsi.gov.uk) Kind Regards The Procurement Team clarifications relating to this ITT should be submitted via our e-Sourcing portal: https://thepensionsregulator.bravosolution.co.uk The Pensions Regulator will respond to all reasonable clarifications as soon as possible through listing Tenderers' questions and The Pensions Regulator's response to them, which will be sent via a message in the e-Sourcing portal to all Tenderers. If a Tenderer wishes The Pensions Regulator to treat a clarification as confidential and not issue the response to all Tenderers, it must state this when submitting the clarification. If, in the opinion of The Pensions Regulator, the clarification is not confidential, The Pensions Regulator will inform the Tenderer, who will have an opportunity to withdraw it. If the clarification is not withdrawn, the response will be issued to all Tenderers. The deadline for receipt of clarifications relating to the services or this ITT is set out in the timetable. Any enquiries or requests for clarification of any matters arising from this ITT should be sought from the procurement team at The Pensions Regulator and must be made in writing via the e-Sourcing portal at: https://thepensionsregulator.bravosolution.co.uk
