To provide the Market Value of the various assets in the Surrey County Council Investment Property Portfolio, in accordance with the RICS Valuation Standards 2017. The Surrey County Council Investment Portfolio comprises assets held by Surrey County Council and Halsey Garton Property Investments Ltd. The combined portfolio consists of 23 properties, with broad characteristics of: o Properties located across England, with a bias towards the South East o Properties include Office, Retail High Street, Retail Warehouse and Industrial uses. o Out of the 23 properties, 10 are multi-tenancy and 13 are single tenancy. o For reference, the portfolio is currently valued in the region of ?375 million
