Advance Northumberland are therefore looking to appoint MRICS Surveyors to provide comprehensive Asset Valuations of Commercial Portfolio valued in accordance with MRICS Valuation standards in accordance with UKGAAP (FRS 102) regulations. Verification of MRICS will be required as part of the tender submission.
