Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: IIi.2.1 Instead of: Section III.2.1 Read: Lot 1 M&E Engineer Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineering and Chartered Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services (Potential Suppliers must hold Chartered status of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) or The Association for Consultancy & Engineering, (ACE) or equivalent professional body for the profession Where the professional body provides for company designation, the Lead Engineer should individually be a fully qualified member of the professional body. Assistant Engineers should be members of the professional body. Where the professional body provides for company designation, each company should hold the qualified status. Lot 2 C&S Engineer Where the professional body (IStructE or ICE or equivalent) provides for company designation, each company should hold the qualified status. Where the professional body provides for individual designation, the Lead Engineer/professional should individually be a fully qualified member of the professional body. Assistant Engineers should be members of the professional body Lot 3 Architect Where the professional body (RIBA or equivalent) provides for company designation, each company should hold the qualified status.
