Notice Description

The Authority is inviting tenders for the supply, servicing, repair and maintenance of musical instruments, their accessories and audio supplies to the Lancashire Music Service (LMS). LMS purchase and maintain a wide variety of musical instruments and audio equipment. This equipment is effectively 'loaned' out to Lancashire's educational authorities as part of the Wider Opportunities Scheme, which is delivered by LMS. The Framework will commence on 1st March 2020 for the maximum duration of 2 years. Additional information: The tender documents are available on Lancashire County Council's electronic tendering site. https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/iSupplier/ Use of this system does not require high specification IT equipment or connections, nor high level personal IT skills/capabilities. Access to the system/software and advice is free of charge. Please note if you do not already have a supplier account on the e-tendering system (Oracle) tenderers are advised to allow plenty of time for registration and to do this as early as possible during the tender period.
