NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 January 2025 for the following reason: We regret to inform you that, due to a change in circumstances and after careful consideration, Partners In Care & Health has made the decision to withdraw the Invitation To Tender - Creating a high-impact change model around strength-based practice.(We wish to find those councils and partners who are delivering best practice in strengths-based practice and commissioning and to identify the most impactful changes that can be made to implement and embed such approaches. These findings would be distilled into an easy to read and understand High Impact Change Model.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
