Notice Description

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has extensive facilities based on four sites. These are Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, located at Bordesley Green, Solihull Hospital, located in Solihull town centre, Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham Chest Clinic, located in Birmingham city centre. This tender is for provision of fixed price, fully comprehensive maintenance over a 3 year period (2 years at Good Hope Hospital) with a Employers option for an additional 2 years, for lifts at the following sites: - 36 lifts at Birmingham Hospital (April 2021 to March 2024 - 3-years +2-year option) - 7 lifts at Solihull Hospital (April 2021 to March 2024 - 3-years +2-year option) - 21 lifts at Good Hope Hospital (April 2022 to March 2024 - 2-years +2-year option) Additional information: Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://nhs.bravosolution.co.uk/nhs_collaborative/web/login.html and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure); 2. Express an Interest in the Tender - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open to All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Browse the ITTs (there may be more than one page) and select 'itt_31380' by clicking on it. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page.
