To support the project design phase, A structural Engineer needs to be commissioned to support the project. One preferred supplier was approached who has worked with the Architect previously. 1) Momentum Consulting Engineers Ltd The fee proposal supported RIBA 1-7 and specific support for: Men's Bathing Pond - Structural alterations to the existing lifeguard's hut and WCs. - New pontoon to access water. - New access facilities for ambulant disabled and wheelchair users. - New lightweight compound to house changing areas. Ladies' Bathing Pond - Structural alterations to the existing changing facilities. - New lightweight timber shelter. Mixed Bathing Pond - Structural alterations to the existing changing facilities. - New access facilities for ambulant disabled and wheelchair users
