This project is to refurbish the interior of 5 High Street, throughout, on all floors (Ground, First and Second floors) to create new offices and communal areas. The works are to include, and not limited to, making good all walls and ceilings (including plaster board / wall lining / suspended ceilings), redecoration, new floor coverings, electrical rewiring (power and lights), plumbing, new kitchenettes and joinery (new fire doors, skirtings etc). Some external works are also included including making good and redecoration. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
