As we are reviewing our strategy for re-procuring a range of supported housing portfolios, we would like to meet with suppliers and discuss the commissioning and procurement approach so as to understand in more depth pressures and challenges within the market to help shape our approach

Lot 1
Supported housing portfolio services include: These services are preventative homeless services. it is for young adults aged 16 and over and for adults aged 18 and over with/without dependents with housing and support needs. These services are for the provision of safe, accommodation-based housing support services for people who are deemed to be socially excluded this includes: * young people and women with complex needs, * Young people at risk, * Care Leavers, * young people and women with substance misuse needs, * young people and women with multiple needs, including mental health needs, * young people and women with challenging behaviour(s). It will provide housing related support services with the purpose of developing or sustaining an individual's capacity to maintain their accommodation and live independently in the community. These clients may be leaving institutional care such as hospital or prison, be street homeless, threatened with homelessness or living in accommodation that is not meeting their identified needs. The service will also be used as a 'step up' or 'step down' from other supported accommodation, where appropriate. Candidates should be able demonstrate your organisation's past experience and/or existing arrangements by giving examples of providing high-quality support for vulnerable adults. Candidates will also be required to provide an explanation of their organisation's capability and/or past experience of providing housing management in a supported housing or similar environment.
