The Council wants to develop a framework of support providers who are able to meet the eligible needs and, where appropriate, accommodation needs of citizens of Cumbria. This specification sets out the minimum requirements a Provider needs to meet to deliver support and accommodation services for people with: * a learning disability * a mental health problem * a physical and/or sensory impairment * autism.
