The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ If you are interested in submitting an application to become a delivery partner please go to YORtender (https:// yortender.eu-supply.com/). The procurement documents have been amended and republished to include the new website address. The reference number for The Provision of Independent Schools And Colleges for Children and Young People With Special Educational Needs and Disabilities System on the new tendering portal is 48035. All further competitions under The Provision of Independent Schools And Colleges for Children and Young People With Special Educational Needs and Disabilities System will take place on via https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ as of 1 January 2022, therefore existing delivery partners will need to ensure they are registered on the portal in order to receive invitations to further competitions. Contract Award Notices are published every quarter in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. These Contract Award Notices detail the awarded delivery partners for each call-off under the DPS."
