Occupational Health and Health Surveillance
Notice Description
Thirteen are looking to procure a proactive and responsible occupational health service to support the management of colleague health and wellbeing. Alongside this we are also looking for a health surveillance service. This means we will have two lots, one for occupational health and one for health surveillance. We are looking for one service provider for each lot. This can be two different providers or the same provider for both. Bidders can bid for one or both lots.

Occupational Health
We wish to support our colleagues to feel energised and healthy and to inform, educate and empower them to make great choices that will enable them to positively manage and their own health and wellbeing so that they can have healthy working lives. Having access to a trusted occupational health and health surveillance service, who work in collaboration with us, is just one part of this. We are looking for an occupational health service provider that will proactively support us in the management of cases to achieve positive outcomes for both our colleagues and the business.
Renewal: 3 year initial term plus option to extend for 1 year.
Health SurveillanceWe understand that Health surveillance is extremely important for monitoring the health of our colleagues and detecting ill-health effects at an early stage. Effective health surveillance supports Thirteen to assess and review current control measures and if required take action to implement further mitigating controls. Health surveillance service enables colleagues to raise concerns about how their work affects their health with an independent qualified health professional. Having independent health surveillance allows Thirteen to comply with the legal obligation to fulfil its duties as an employer. We are looking for a health surveillance service provider that will proactively support us in the management of cases to achieve positive outcomes for both our colleagues and the business.
Renewal: 3 years initial term plus 1 year option to extend.
