Notice Description
This is a contract award notice for the moving of office furniture and equipment between offices or buildings solely within the confines of Shropshire Council's administrative area. This can vary from small internal office moves to larger whole de-campment of properties. This will include the assessment of the amount of operatives required, the number of crates required, and the approximate length of time it will take to carry out the task. This will be agreed with Shropshire Council's Supervising Officer.

This is a contract award notice for the moving of office furniture and equipment between offices or buildings solely within the confines of Shropshire Council's administrative area. This can vary from small internal office moves to larger whole de-campment of properties. This will include the assessment of the amount of operatives required, the number of crates required, and the approximate length of time it will take to carry out the task. This will be agreed with Shropshire Council's Supervising Officer. Due to the wide range of services and premises across the county the Council intend to appoint 3 contractors to be used on a call off basis to ensure the best use of resources. During the Framework Contractor selection will be based on cost and availability on the required dates of the move. The emphasis will be weighed 50% availability 50% cost. For larger or more complex jobs contractors may be asked to provide quotes for pieces of work. In this case each contractor will be asked to complete a desk top quotation for the work The tender is for a 2 year period commencing with an anticipated start date of 1st April 2021.
