Notice Description
The Auckland Project (TAP) are inviting tenders from Multi Disciplinary Design Teams to deliver the exhibition design for the Faith Museum. The Team will provide the following services for the exhibition fit out under one contract: - Lead Exhibition Design including conservation architectural advice - Production of management and maintenance plan (Heritage Fund requirement) - Lighting Design - Audio-visual (AV) brief development - Audio-visual (AV) Hardware Consultant - Interactive brief development (mechanical and/or digital) - Graphic Design - Structural Engineering - Services Design - Access Consultancy - Principal Design The overall budget is 1.8mil GBP for the fit out of the Faith Museum, this includes design fees.

Applicants will be required to complete a standard selection questionnaire available from https://focusconsultants-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/elizabeth_farr_focus-consultants_com/EgUCavHQTr1CkdvJm--advsB1Wx9Z0eJvtxwKPWkmAKyLg?e=4FI8RI Applicants will then be shortlisted and 5-7 applicants will be invited to submit a Tender.
Options: Whilst Contract Award of the Exhibition Designer will be on the basis of a traditional Scope of Service with a traditional form of contract, if the appointed Exhibition Designer is capable of being the Design and Build Contractor, we reserve the right to invoke the option of progressing to a Design and Build route at the end of RIBA Stage 3. However, this will have no bearing on the award of this contract.
