Notice Description
For events hosted in the UK, transport consultancy services is to develop a complete plan for transportation; provide expertise advice on traffic management to avoid traffic congestion and unnecessary delays; ensure safety; supply a team of co-ordinators and dispatchers to control the entire transport to and from the venues including traffic controllers and route signages; determine VIP arrival and departure plans at each venue; and to predict and mitigate situations that may occur.
