Notice Description
The Newham Primary School Cluster provides education for over 3700 children and serves approximately 3000 school meals every day. The cluster includes the following schools, Star Primary School Royal Wharf Primary School (new school no Tupe staff) St Michael's Catholic Primary School St Joachim's Catholic Primary School St Helen's Catholic Primary School St Winefride's Catholic Primary School St Francis' Catholic Primary School St Edward's Catholic Primary School Britannia Village Primary School St Antony's Catholic Primary School

Lot 1
The Newham Primary School Cluster is seeking an innovative catering partner for all the schools that will provide quality meals for the children and staff at the schools and sufficient local resources to support and deliver the contract specification. There is a will to have unified catering contract dates for all schools in the cluster therefore there will be staggered start dates at the schools from 1 August and 1September 2020 to April 2021. All contracts will have the same end date. Additional information: To express an interest in this tender candidates shall complete the attached SQ by the deadline date. SQ's will be evaluated and candidates will be shortlisted and invited tender based on the information provided within their SQ submission.
Options: The contract will have a staggered start but the same end date 31 July 2023. The schools will have at their discretion the option to extend the contract up to a maximum of an additional 24 months to 31 July 2025.
