Notice Description
.Contract awarded by NHS County Durham Clinical Commissioning Group, with delegated authority to sign on behalf of NHS England under the statutory delegation arrangements. To provide General Medical Services within the Wingate locality of County Durham with a current practice population of 3085 patients. Staff and buildings are already in place and established and this extension provides continuity of service while market engagement and any proposed procurement work is undertaken. A Single Tender Action has been enacted for, as a result of extreme urgency following COVID-19 pressures. The contracting authority intends to undertake a procurement process following the direct award in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) depending upon the outcome of current procurement consultation. Future process will be published via Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
