The service required is for the collection, haulage and disposal of residual and green waste from the Councils three Household Recycling Centres to nominated facilties/delivery points. The Council will provide suitable containers for the storage and haulage of the contract waste. Estimated Annual Contract Value The estimated annual contract value is PS229,000. Council HRC locations The Council has three sites at the following locations:- * Drumlough, Dromara Road, Hillsborough, BT26 6QA * Carryduff, 6 Comber Road, Carryduff, BT8 8AN * The Cutts, Derriaghy, BT17 9HN Indicative tonnages Residual Waste Haulage - Landfill & Diversion to Materials Recycling Facility (all sites) * Estimated combined tonnage from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 8,935 Green Waste Haulage (all sites) * Estimated tonnage from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 4,896 Tonnages are not guaranteed and may be subject to change. The above is for information purposes and not exact figures. For further information on the contract waste data see link below https://www.daera-ni.gov.uk/articles/published-waste-data Additional information: Anticipated contract start date will be 1 July 2021 for an initial period of one year with the option to extend by any period, or periods, up to a maximum of a further three years. Dates are provisional and may be changed at the Council's absolute discretion.
