The Domestic Violence and Abuse Accommodation and Re-Settlement element will comprise of a minimum of 24 units of safe accommodation and delivery of accommodation based support and resettlement services. This service will be available for female victim survivors aged 16 and over, and their dependent children. The Domestic Violence and Abuse Support element will provide a single point of contact /helpline for victim-survivors and professionals, advice and information, drop-in services, outreach/floating support, specialist advocacy to high-risk victim-survivors and 1:1 support to victim-survivors at any level of risk of DVA, Sanctuary Scheme provision, delivery of advocate educators in health settings and multi-agency training. This service will be available for all victim-survivors aged 16 and over, living in Warwickshire. During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation as necessary to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases or decreases in funding, new initiatives, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering.",
