Hackney Council sought and appointed a suitably qualified supplier to provide both Right to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations for their housing stock, as and when the Council may require it over the lifetime of the 3-year contract. The Council manages approximately 22,000 tenanted properties. The Council currently receives on average between 250 and 300 Right to Buy (RTB) applications per year.

Options: Option to extend the contract by up to two (2) 12 month extension periods.
