This preferred supplier list for supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds across its portfolio. The contract is split into four regional Lots across the North West and South Yorkshire, and a Supply only Lot (sheet flooring and associated materials).

Supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the South region (covers South Greater Manchester (Salford, Manchester, Trafford, Tameside & Stockport); Cheshire & High Peak) Additional information: Up to 2 years extension to a maximum 5 years.
Renewal: Up to 2 years extension.
CentralSupply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the Central region (covers North Greater Manchester includes Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Wigan & North West Salford). Additional information: Up to 2 years extension to a maximum 5 years.
Renewal: Up to 2 years extension.
NorthSupply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the North region (covers Lancashire including Blackpool, Blackburn & Preston). Additional information: Up to 2 years extension to a maximum 5 years.
Renewal: Up to 2 years extension.
EastSupply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the East region (covers North East Derbyshire and South Yorkshire: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley) Additional information: Up to 2 years extension to a maximum 5 years.
Renewal: Up to 2 years extension.
Supply onlySupply of vinyl tile, sheet and safety flooring and associated materials to Trafford, Greater Manchester. Additional information: Up to 2 years extension to a maximum 5 years.
