Notice Description
The Royal Borough of Greenwich (Local Authority) is seeking to award a contract or contracts to suitable suppliers to provide the following Family Support Services: a) Parenting Support Services b) Supervised Contact Services The commissioned provider(s) will work in partnership with the council to deliver effective and efficient services to improve outcomes for local children and young people, and in children in care, children in need and their parents and families.
Lot Information
Parenting Support
This lots comprises the provision of parenting support services for families with children and young people up to 18 years of age who need care and protection (as defined by The Children Act 1989). Parents referred to the service may be experiencing a range of difficulties in relation to their parenting skills, that are impacting the health and well-being of their children. The contract period is 3 years and Royal Greenwich reserves the right to extend the contract on the same terms for a further period or periods up to 24 months. Additional information: Evaluation criteria are stated in the tender document. Social Value will be considered as part of thhe evaluation criteria of this lot.

Supervised ContactThe service provider is required to enable contact for children who are looked after by Royal Borough of Greenwich or whose care plan or child protection plan sets out the need for contact with family members to be supervised. The contract period is 3 years and Royal Greenwich reserves the right to extend the contract on the same terms for a further period or periods up to 24 months.
