Notice Description
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England and managed this procurement process for the provision of Mental Health Conveyancing for Newcastle Gateshead CCG, North Tyneside CCG and South Tyneside CCG for patients who are being detained under the Mental Health Act. The term for the contract is 3years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance, with effect from 1 June 2021. This contract has now been awarded.

The Open Procurement route will be followed for this procurement to test the capacity, capability, & technical competence of tenderers in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This contract has been awarded in line with the service specification and contract terms and conditions.
