In particular to detect and automatically alert where cassettes have been incorrectly labelled \"upstream on the production line\" prior to flow-wrapping which is currently a manual procedure leading to reduced efficiency. (b) Paramount are providing an installation, integration and engineering support service for the flow wrappers already provided. It is reasonable therefore that a change of contractor should not be made \"for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations\". In addition, it could be argued a change of contractor could increase the associated risks of the operability of the production line were this to be split across multiple contractors.(c) A change of contractor could increase the associated risks of the operability of the automated production line were this to be split across multiple contractors, thus leading to the potential for \"significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs\". (d) the modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract and the value of the modification is less than 50% of the original contract value.",
