Notice Description

YPO are looking for a single Provider to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of a Software as a Service (SaaS/closed source) Product Information Management System (PIM) to manage YPO's current and future products and services framework base. The PIM is critical to both YPO catalogue production and to the website presentation of products and services, and therefore an essential part of delivering customer satisfaction, along with the buying and selling of YPO's products and services. PIM is used to manage the product data information that is both on the website and in the catalogue.

YPO are looking for a single Provider to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of a Software as a Service (SaaS/closed source) Product Information Management System (PIM) to manage YPO's current and future products and services framework base. The PIM is critical to both YPO catalogue production and to the website presentation of products and services, and therefore an essential part of delivering customer satisfaction, along with the buying and selling of YPO's products and services. PIM is used to manage the product data information that is both on the website and in the catalogue. Specific requirements are set out in detail within the tender appendices, "Specification" and "System Requirements" which can be accessed for free through our e-tendering system and searching for the opportunity, "YPO - 001082 Product Information Management System (PIM) and Related Services"

Options: The Contract will cover the period from 8th April 2022 to 7th April 2026 with three options to extend for an additional 24 months respectively. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of December 2025 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 10 years, from 8th April 2022 to 7th April 2032 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance.)

Renewal: Renewal if required will commence within a year before the Contract End Date.
