Work Packages The exact level of support required will vary depending on the project; however, the type of support expected will broadly fall into 3 categories. 1. The 2021 update will need to be completed immediately following the appointment during July/August 2021. 2. Review/critique of business cases submitted by partners to the Portfolio Management Office - Review of project business cases submitted and production of recommendations for Portfolio Management Office to consider. - Training/upskilling of Portfolio Management Office to undertake own reviews. 3. Support the Portfolio Management Office to develop project business cases - Provide advice and guidance to the Portfolio Management Office on the development of the business cases; - Facilitating workshops as per the Better Business Case guidance; - Development of economic, commercial and financial cases; - Review and critique of other cases developed by the Portfolio Management Office.",
