Companies specialised in building renovation, infrastructure development, and project management will be well placed to submit competitive bids. The scope of work includes extensive refurbishment, site management, and the necessary logistical coordination of a complex construction environment. As the project entails both physical building work and adherence to health and safety standards, businesses with expertise in these areas are encouraged to participate and leverage this opportunity for growth.
