This contract is for a dedicated bus service for students attending Hummersknott Academy, which takes students from its immediate catchment areas both within the town and specifically the western edge of town and associated approaches. Due to this potential extra requirement this tender will be split into two lots. Lot 1 will be for the current requirements of the Academy Trust detailed below. Route 1 Redworth to Heighington to West Park to Hummersknott Academy - 50-seater coach Route 2 Skerne Park to Hummersknott Academy - 70-seater coach Route 3 School Aycliffe, Western approaches to Hummersknott Academy - 70-seater coach All buses need to arrive at the school no later than 8.20am and will be expected to leave Trust by 3.30pm.
