Notice Description
Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) are advertising this contract extension for the provision of Managed Services for temporary agency staff on behalf of Ubico Limited (the Company). Ubico is a local authority owned company and was formed by Cheltenham Borough Council and Cotswold District Council in 2011. Ubico has grown quickly with Forest of Dean, Stroud, Gloucestershire, Tewkesbury and West Oxfordshire Councils joining the Ubico family of Councils. Ubico has a total operating area of about 1200 square miles of the most beautiful and vibrant towns, cities and countryside in the UK. Contract extension for the provision of Managed Services for temporary agency staff on behalf of Ubico Limited (the Company). The extension period commences from 1st September 2021 expiring 1st November 2021.
Procurement Information
Due to COVID-19 diverting resources to delivering key frontline services, this procurement exercise has been delayed. As Ubico's existing contract ends on 31/08/2021, an extension will be issued to the existing supplier for two months, under the COVID-19 waiver, to ensure ongoing service delivery is maintained until the new contract is awarded.
