Notice Description

City, University of London (City) requires a new Enterprise Resource Planning system to replace the existing Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Finance and ERP and Procurement systems and to replace the numerous, disparate business systems currently employed by City. City is seeking a SaaS solution that will enable improved visibility of strategic information across the university for HR, payroll, finance, and procurement whilst improved usability and control will support our staff, students and partners. The future solution will support: approximately 100 professional users for HR and finance approximately 50 users for procurement approximately 2,200 staff Contract value is expected to be approximately PS8m over the first two years of the contract, with annual charges of PS0.5m - PS1m thereafter.

Our main site located in the dynamic Knowledge Quarter, while our Business School is close to the City of London. The future solution will support: *Approximately 100 professional users for HR & Finance; *Approximately 50 professional users for procurement; *Approximately 2184 staff We will be undertaking a competition to determine the most economically advantageous tender for the future solutions and a partner able to share best practices processes. It is anticipated that the contract term will be for 10 years. This PIN is issued to give potential applicants opportunity to prepare ahead of the contract notice being published and a selection questionnaire being made available in late summer 2021. Additional information: Although a formal response is not required at this stage, it would helpful if you could indicate any interest to the following contact.
