Notice Description

Transport for London (TfL) will require to start the procurement for the provision of Uninsured Loss Recovery services. This Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) is issued to better understand if there is supplier appetite, capacity and capability, as well as perceived risks, including risks, related to Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit. The Service Provider is responsible for effecting recoveries from third parties (and/or their insurers) when TfL incur financial loss through the loss of, or damage to TfL property by the Third Party's actions. The Service Provider is responsible for collating adequate information and evidence from within TfL and from other sources to pursue the Recovery be it by Agreement or by litigation. The Service Provider oversees and manages and/or advise the whole process to its conclusion.
