The Authority has a requirement to award a four year Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Calibration and Maintenance service for Dynamometers. The equipment is used for training purposes with the service being required twice yearly. The calibration and maintenance is essential to ensure that the equipment causes minimum disruption to training. The estimated contract start date is September 2021. The work required under this contract will take place at HMS Sultan. In order to participate in this tender event, suppliers must register for an account with the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP) at www.contracts.mod.uk. Suppliers must complete a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and submit a tender response by no later than the date and time stated on this notice. This is a one-step Supplier Assessment/Tender process, failure to submit an ITT response by the close date even if you complete an on-line SAQ will render your interest non-compliant. If you fail to meet the minimum standards listed in the SAQ or do not complete an SAQ you will be discounted from the process and your tender response will not be reviewed. Tender responses will be evaluated in accordance with the process as detailed in the ITT. A copy of the ITT has been attached to this notice for suppliers to view. Should you wish to participate you must complete and upload a copy of the ITT as part of your response. This will be a four year Framework Agreement. No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting Framework Agreement or contract. Indeed there is no guarantee that any Framework Agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc. will be paid if a tender or resulting Framework Agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Bidders should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position Additional information: Your tender will be assessed only on the information you supply with your response.
