Notice Description
Border Force is a professional law enforcement command within the Authority. It employs approximately eight thousand (8,000) officers, responsible for securing the UK border and controlling migration at one hundred and thirty-eight (138) ports and airports across the UK and overseas, including the UK control zone in Calais, Dunkerque and Coquelles in France. The Authority requires the scheduled servicing, maintenance and repair of industrial high speed roller doors and personnel access doors at various control points across the Northern European ports and the UK.

Lot 1
The Authority seeks to procure: 1. Scheduled servicing, planned maintenance and reactive repair of all high speed roller doors and personnel doors located in the ports of Coquelles, Dunkerque, Zeebrugge & Vlissingen. 2. Scheduled servicing, planned maintenance and reactive repair of all high speed roller doors located in the port of Oostende. 3. Reactive repair only to all high speed roller doors and personnel doors at the port of Calais. Additional information: The Buyer is not responsible for any bidding costs incurred by potential suppliers in respect of this procurement. The Buyer reserves the right to abandon the competitive process and not award any contract; make any changes it sees as reasonable to the competition; remove and/or amend element(s) from the scope of the requirements; and accept or reject any tender.
Renewal: There is s a further option to extend period of 12 months.
