The Contracting Authority requires hard facility management services (Periodic Servicing and Inspection, Routine and Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property/change of occupier Works, Gas Servicing and Maintenance and Planned Maintenance) to the 3,514 dwellings located in its 13 retirement villages and 3 housing schemes and head office predominately in the West and East Midlands

The Contracting Authority requires Periodic Servicing and Inspections, Routine and Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property/change of occupier Works, Gas Servicing and Maintenance and Planned Maintenance
Options: The Employer has an option to extend the Contract up to a maximum of 5 (five) years by one or more extensions of whatever period(s) the Employer specifies.
Lot 2 EastThe Contracting Authority requires Periodic Servicing and Inspections, Routine and Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property/change of occupier Works, Gas Servicing and Maintenance and Planned Maintenance
