Due to moves within the MOD estate it is mandatory that an OSA is conducted to assess the organisational changes on the standards of Health Safety and Environmental Protection at all three affected sites. Work to produce an OSA is required to start immediately after contract award with a requirement for the OSA to be completed by September/October. Further details can be found in the \"Statement of Requirement\" which has been uploaded with the Invitation to Tender uploaded with this notice. In order to participate in this tender event, suppliers must register for an account with the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP) at www.contracts.mod.uk. Suppliers must complete a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and submit a tender response by no later than the date and time stated on this notice.
