"description": "Instructions on how to apply for Pharmacy Partners DPS: DPS applications must be submitted via the Bravo NHS Collaborative Procurement portal. If you are not already registered on this portal your will need to register as a supplier (registration is free) https://nhs.bravosolution.co.uk/nhs_collaborative/web/login.html . The link above will take you to the home page of the Bravo Portal. In order to register you will need to click on the 'Supplier Registration' tab on the left hand side of the screen and follow the registration process. As part of this you will need to accept the terms of conditions for the portal and then complete an online registration form by providing details about your organisation and the user account you wish to create. When you have completed the form please note down the user name you have used and then click the 'Save' icon in the top right hand side of the screen. You will then shortly receive an email from Bravo which details the unique password for your user account (you will be able to change this if desired once you have logged in using the account). Expressing an Interest in the DPS Once you have registered on the portal and logged in using your username and password, the first step to gain access to the DPS Application is by expressing an interest in the opportunity on the system. To do this you will firstly need to click on the Sourcing menu on the right hand side of the screen then click on 'PQQs Open to All Suppliers' (this option will appear if you hover the mouse over the 'PQQs' option on the sourcing menu). You will be presented with a list (possibly several pages) of PQQs, you will need to find pqq__28372 'DPS Open - Community Based Sexual Health Services in Pharmacies -\"Pharmacy Partners\"' and then click on it. Once you have done so you should be presented with a button called 'Express Interest' on the top of the page. Clicking this will move the DPS application PQQ into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page (available on the home screen once you are logged in) which is a secure area allowing you quick access to your projects only. This will also allow you to access the documents attached to the PQQ by clicking 'Buyer attachments' in the 'PQQ/ITT Details' box. Submitting your DPS Application by responding to the PQQ To complete your DPS application response you will then need to Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box then you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). This will also enable you to use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete your response. You can save your response at any point but please be aware that in order to submit your response once completed you must use the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page. If you require any further assistance please consult the online help, or contact the e-Tendering help desk on 0800 069 8630, or contact UHB Procurement",
