This framework agreement is for Clerk of Works Services. Mechanical & Electrical 3. Solar Generation 4. Battery Storage 5. Structural and civil engineering services 6. Asbestos removal

This framework agreement is for Clerk of Works Services. The scope of services to be provided by the successful provider shall encompass all relevant elements including (without limitation) the following specialist technical expertise: 1. Architectural 2. Mechanical & Electrical 3. Solar Generation 4. Battery Storage 5. Structural and civil engineering services 6. Asbestos removal Additional information: 24 month contract with an option to extend for a further 24 months from the actual end date.
Renewal: The expected start date for the proposed contract is 08 September 2021. The expected end date for the proposed contract is 07 September 2023. The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 24 months from the actual end date.
