Notice Description

The Borough Council of Sandwell wishes to invite tender for the Provision of the School Health Nursing and Child Vision Screening Services. These are in two Lots and the we intend to award both Lots to ONE single provider.The Contract is initially for a three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional years .

Lot Information

School Health Nursing Service

The Borough Council of Sandwell wishes to utilise the option to extend for Lot 1 School Health Nursing, from 01/04/2025 to 31/03/2027 and also modify the cost model to include staff cost increase due to Agenda for Change uplifts and the agreement of a reconfiguration of the cost model to ensure Value for Money, this also includes a slight increase to the management fee, from 6% to 7%. Lot 2 Child Vision Screening Services, will not be extended under this contract beyond the initial term of 01/04/2022 to 31/03/2025.

Please refer to ITT document. Additional information: The contract duration is initially for three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional years, in instalments of twelve months.
