Notice Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for an eScheduling and Care Records Management System. The Contract shall be divided into two Lots; Lot 1 eScheduling System, and Lot 2 Care Records Management System. The Contract shall be for a period of 3 years with two options to extend for a further period of 12 months (3+1+1).

eScheduling System

Lot 1 is for the Provision of an eScheduling System. The current process for managing rota's for the Authority's Provider Services is a manual, paper based task, therefore the Authority is seeking a System to make the process more efficient and make the best use of resources.

Care Records Management System

Lot 2 is for the Provision of a Care Records Management System. The current process includes a combination of electronic and paper based recording. The Authority is seeking a System to make the process more efficient and make the best use of resources.
