Lot 1

The Council, working in partnership with Lovell Partnerships Ltd, will be constructing 47 flats at St Edmunds Terrace and 32 flats at Southend Road, both in Hunstanton. The Council is inviting experienced sales agents to tender for the provision of a sales agency service to sell the proposed dwellings.

Renewal: The Council may at its sole discretion, by written notice during a period between 1 and 3 months prior to the expiry date, offer to the Agent an extension, or series of extensions, of up to one year in total.
