NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of the Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership, wish to commission an organisation which will provide coordination, advocacy and support to vulnerable young people, resident in North Lanarkshire. This will include those impacted by their own or someone else's problematic substance use; with a view to reducing harms, building positive relationships and improving overall health and wellbeing.

Lot 1

NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of the Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership, wish to commission an organisation which will provide coordination, advocacy and support to vulnerable young people, resident in North Lanarkshire. This will include those impacted by their own or someone else's problematic substance use; with a view to reducing harms, building positive relationships and improving overall health and wellbeing.

Renewal: Extensions to the contract will be dependent on the continuation of Scottish Government funding at current levels. Up to two (2) further 12 month extensions to the contract may be made at the sole discretion of NHS Lanarkshire.
