24 month contract. Annual planned and reactive maintenance. Repairs, and future expansion as required.

Options: Options to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months

Renewal: This contract will be renewed as required, and dependant on options to extend / expiry of the previous contract. Should the value of the contract awarded as a result of this tender be exceeded before the end of the contract term, the University reserve the right to end the contract and re-tender at this point.
